As the father of young twins and the grandson of German missionaries who enabled many indigenous people in Mexico to access education, supporting people in need is an integral part of the values I grew up with.

Therefore, human and social responsibility form the core of my commitment: Together with SOS Children's Villages, I support aid projects for disadvantaged children.

As an entrepreneur with intercultural competence, my goal is to unite my Mexican and German roots. With el Snackie, I create innovative products that combine taste, culture, and authenticity with modern technology and social responsibility. This reflects the cultural and social values that have shaped me.

General Statement by SOS Children's Villages

In recent months, various grievances in the facilities and structures of SOS Children's Villages have been made public, including some serious cases of abuse. Naturally, this issue also concerns us. In discussions with SOS Children's Villages worldwide, we were able to ascertain that the organization takes the allegations very seriously, is thoroughly investigating them, and is consistently implementing measures to improve child protection.

At the same time, we believe that SOS Children's Villages continues to do a lot of good. The overwhelming majority of employees in over 3,000 projects worldwide do excellent work every day for countless children and families. Our donation is dedicated to them and this important work. That is why we are happy and convinced to continue supporting SOS Children's Villages.
